At New City Tickets LLC, we’re committed to making your ticket buying experience easy, reliable, and secure.
Refunds
- Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for the ticket price. Refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method.
- Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 7 days of the new date being announced.
- Club Minimums & Policies: Many comedy clubs have a two-drink or food/beverage minimum. These requirements are set by the venue and are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Purchases
- All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated above.
- Service fees and processing fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Transfers
