1. Ticket Validity – Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time listed. Unauthorized duplication may result in denial of entry.
2. Venue Rules – Ticket holders must follow all venue rules, including age restrictions, security checks, and drink minimums.
3. Liability Disclaimer – New City Tickets LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, nor for injuries, damages, or losses sustained at events.
4. Service Fees – All ticket purchases may include service and processing fees. These fees are non-refundable.
5. Event Changes – Artists, performers, and lineups are subject to change without notice. Refunds are not issued for lineup changes unless the entire event is canceled.
6. Scalping & Resale – Tickets purchased through New City Tickets LLC are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized resale may result in cancellation without refund.
